A real person reads every message. We are a small team, so please allow us a little time.
This is the fastest way to reach us, and the right address for refund requests, questions about an order, and privacy requests.
When we are available

Registered address

Response time
We aim to reply within 7 working days. If you have emailed us about a payment problem and not heard back in that time, please email again and mention that it is a follow-up - it will be prioritised.
Grievance officer
In line with Indian consumer protection and data protection requirements, complaints that are not resolved through normal support can be escalated to our grievance officer. Write to vedanumra@gmail.com with “Grievance” in the subject line.
Social
We are on Instagram and Facebook. Please use email rather than a direct message for anything to do with a payment - we cannot look up an order from a social profile.
